CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK
If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will inform you by email as soon as we can. We will, if possible, offer you a substitute item. If you accept the substitute item, your contract with us [see below under "Your Right to Cancel your Order"remains in place. If you decline the substitute item, or if we are not able to offer you a substitute item, we will cancel your order and reimburse you.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
By placing an order with us, you enter into a contract with us.
You have the right to cancel that contract [also known as a "cooling off period"].
Your right to cancel the contract expires 15 days after receipt/delivery of your order
[or the last item in your order, if different items were delivered on different days].
You are not obliged to give a reason for cancelling.
HOW TO CANCEL
To exercise your right to cancel the contract, you must state clearly in a written communication to us, by letter or email, that you are cancelling your contract.
You must do so before the cancellation period, as above, has expired.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will confirm by email that you have exercised your right to cancel your contract.
In the case of physical items that we have not despatched, your contract will be cancelled at the point we receive your written cancellation. The items will not be despatched to you.
In the case of physical items that we have sent to you, you will have to return the items.
We will provide a Return Address to you. You will have to send the item[s] to the Return Address within 14 days of cancelling your contract. You will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the item[s].
We will fully reimburse you for all payments received from you, including for delivery.
We may not reimburse you for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the item[s] is/are received back by us.
